Becoming a volunteer staff member offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on today's youth. By serving as a mentor, you can guide and inspire young individuals to reach their full potential. While a military background is ideal, it is not a requirement; what truly matters is a passion for helping others and a commitment to fostering the next generation. Through your support and guidance, you can help shape their skills, values, and confidence, empowering them to succeed in their personal and professional lives. Today’s youth need positive role models who can provide encouragement, share valuable experiences, and impart essential life lessons. We require staff to support in areas such as assistance at fundraising events, to assistance on camps, you may even wish to support us on exercises.. We also require training staff to help deliver training, either in a Instructor support capacity, or as a Uniformed Instructor. Join us in this rewarding mission to mould future leaders and create a brighter tomorrow for our communities. Your involvement could make all the difference in a young person's life.

Please note: All staff require a DBS check, this is paid for by the troop. All positions are subject to a 3 month probation. We will provide all relevant training. We will also supply the relevant uniform & equipment. We just ask that you bring commitment and passion!
